Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Our highly qualified BCBA/LBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts/ Licensed Behavior Analysts) possess years of experience and training and utilize their extensive skills to improve social, behavioral and adaptive skills with individually tailored programs. Proud Moments ABA services the five boroughs of NYC, Long Island, New Jersey, Syracuse, NY, Rochester, NY, Nevada, Virginia and the DC/ Maryland area – and has recently expanded through partnerships to Florida, Georgia, Mississippi and New Mexico. We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care, scheduled at families’ convenience.

We are currently seeking dedicated Lead Behavior Technicians who will be responsible for providing substitute coverage for Behavior Technicians and/or School Aides during regular business hours. In addition, Lead BTs may be assigned to work as a Behavior Technician with short-term and/or long-term clients, provide support at our camps and also perform administrative tasks when coverage or client service hours are not available. The Lead Behavior Technician reports directly to the Senior Clinical Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Perform as a Behavior Technician or School Aide during any assigned coverage sessions within agreed upon geography
Efficiently and accurately perform administrative tasks as assigned by ESS Management
Overlap with other Behavior Technicians to provide support in their sessions as scheduled
Follow all coverage procedures as outlined in the School Sub Procedures document
Follow all company policies and procedures as outlined
Implement behavior programs for clients with fidelity
Collect and graph data daily for each program
Maintain HIPAA compliant records and practices and all credentials and certifications that are possessed upon hiring
Attend all required conferences, meetings and in-juvo

QUALIFICATIONS:

Access to reliable transportation
High School Diploma or GED
Pursuing undergraduate degree in related field (documentation will be requested)
Documented coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred
Two years previous relevant experience
Conduct all company business within the highest standard of ethical behavior and maintain confidentiality of all company related matters
Demonstrate knowledge of and adheres to all applicable professional/regulatory practice acts, state/federal regulations, and policies and procedures of Juvo
Knowledge of filing and simple administrative tasks
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Must read, write, and speak fluent English
