Our highly qualified BCBA/LBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts/ Licensed Behavior Analysts) possess years of experience and training and utilize their extensive skills to improve social, behavioral and adaptive skills with individually tailored programs. Proud Moments ABA services the five boroughs of NYC, Long Island, New Jersey, Syracuse, NY, Rochester, NY, Nevada, Virginia and the DC/ Maryland area – and has recently expanded through partnerships to Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Mexico and North Carolina. We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care, scheduled at families’ convenience.

We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Talent Management to join our Human Resources team and manage the Human Resources function of the organization and oversee the planning, development and implementation of all human resources policies, procedures, strategies, programs, and services. This role also manages a variety of professional Human Resources recruiting functions to strategically and creatively source candidates in a fast-paced environment.


Work collaboratively with all levels of management in developing plans, priorities and directing the implementation of Human Resources consistent with our mission
Participate in establishing and achieving HR objectives and goals
Develop, maintain, and administer HR programs including employee relations, recruiting, salary administration, performance management, training, and development, EEO, legal compliance and planning of staffing requirements
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, assessment, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational values and policies, and applicable laws
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
Participate in the preparation of the department budget within the guidelines established by senior management
Establish Employee orientation and training programs
Oversee Human Resources records related to new hire process, performance reviews, promotions, transfers, separations and exit interviews
Analyze trends related to employment issues and determine the appropriate action to adjust unfavorable trends
Perform employee relations functions and works proactively with Regional Directors and teams to develop strategies to resolve problems
Foster a work environment consistent with the values, vision, and mission of the Company
Provide consultation on a variety of organizational effectiveness initiatives, including team building, leadership development, and conflict management
Provide expertise and leadership in the development and implementation of training materials and presentations
Analyze organization trends related to employment issues and determines appropriate action to adjust unfavorable trends
Develop recommends changes, and implements Human Resources policies and procedures as appropriate
Ensure compliance with Federal and state regulations related to Human Resources matters and reporting
Maintain confidentiality of client and Company information
Support, promote, and adheres to our vision, mission, values, and Code of Ethics
Encourage creativity and innovation in program development and service delivery

Bachelor’s degree preferred; and four to ten years related experience
Demonstrated in-depth knowledge in multiple functional HR areas and supervision
Ability to effectively lead and motivate staff through application of Company values
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in sensitive matters
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now preferred
Knowledge of iCIMS preferred
Strong attention to detail, and analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, including written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
